Join Jess playing with crow and crow variations. We will work not only at building the strength and alignment needed to integrate these poses into your practice, but also on the confidence to try new things on your mat.
In this workshop we will cover the foundations of crow, the necessary alignment and use of props and helpful cues to access the pose in your unique body. We will also practice the skills needed to build strength safely to create stability and confidence balancing on your hands. We will play with variations of and transitions from the traditional pose such as side crow, baby crow, eka pada koundinyasana A and B, fallen angel, crow to headstand and crow to chaturanga.
