Do you keep kicking up against a wall but don’t know how to proceed from there? Are you afraid of falling over if attempting a free-standing handstand? This is the workshop for you. From the most efficient handstand conditioning drills, to finer balance teaching exercises, join Manu to learn this and everything else you need to feel confident in making progress towards achieving a handstand.
The workshop focuses on:
• specific hand and wrist strength and conditioning, and body-line drills to strengthen our handstand ‘line’
• theory of handstanding so we understand why we perform the drills
We will finish with a cool-down sequence including self-massage exercises of fingers, hands, wrists, arms and shoulders
