Arm balances are fun and empowering and allow us to challenge our physical and mental boundaries. In this workshop we will explore the fundamental techniques and tricks behind arm balances including postures such as crow, side crow and flying pigeon. We will also look at some interesting transitions between arm balances and inversions such as crow to headstand and side crow to headstand.

This workshop is designed for all practitioners, whether you are looking to take flight for the first time or explore new challenges with arm balances.
