– Jess is back with another 2hr celebration of all things Rest! – 

As we navigate the cooler, darker months this workshop is an invitation to work on building resilience by harnessing the different layers of our existence- in yogic tradition these are called the koshas.

We will use breathwork to support the immune system and breath body (pranayama kosha), guided meditation to support the mind and our thoughts (manomaya kosha and vijnanamaya kosha), gentle yin movement (anamaya kosha) and integrate these practices through a nourishing yoga nidra practice (anandamaya kosha) of yogic sleep to restore ready for what the season brings.

Bolsters will be provided but please bring warm layers, socks, blankets and eye pillows if you would like so you are cozy and supported and can completely release into rest.
