Springtime Sound Bath ; After a sell-out New Year Workshop, James Crossley will be back at YogaHub to offer a special 60min Sound Bath to mark the beginning of Spring.

Enjoy 60mins of therapeutic & meditative sounds produced by different instruments such as gongs, chimes, handpans and singing bowls; through these soothing sounds and vibrations, your mind will enter a meditative and relaxed state. 
The perfect way to ground our energy as we transition out of the cold Winter months…this Sound Bath would be an ideal Mothers Day treat!

Mats, bolsters and blocks will be provided but feel free to bring any extras such as cushions/a blanket/eye masks/towels/warm socks to help you feel supported & comfortable for the duration of the sound bath.
