Jess will be leading another 2 hour deep dive into the restorative power of REST through the tools of:
- Yin yoga
- Pranayama (breath practices)
- Meditation
- Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep/guided meditation)
Reconnecting to the cyclical wisdom within to support you through the often hectic festive season.
Winter calls us to S L O W down, to find stillness, to remember the power of rest. We will move through practices that literally and metaphysically invite retreat from the external environment and its influences and to explore our inner environment. A reset for our nervous system, body and mind.
Mats, bolsters & blocks will be provided but feel free to bring blankets and eye masks with you! If you are joining us online from the comfort of your home (perhaps in your PJs!) and you don’t have props, not to worry – you can substitute with pillows, cushions & blankets.
