Theme: Embracing Growth & Releasing Stagnation
Focus: Liver & Gallbladder Meridians (Spring Element – Wood)
Spring represents Renewal, new beginnings, and growth. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it corresponds to the Wood element, which is associated with the liver and gallbladder meridians—governing the flow of energy, detoxification, and the emotion of anger.
This workshop will help participants release tension, clear emotional stagnation, and step into a fresh season with clarity and ease.
Incorporating a creative exercise to express and explore the emotion of anger, furthering emotional release and a deeper sense of connection.
Mats, bolsters, straps & blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring a blanket/towel/cushion for extra support and warm socks to help you feel more comfortable during your yin practice.
