After training as a dancer and performing across Europe and the Middle East, Amanda came across yoga and was instantly hooked. It complemented her dance training, helped with recovery from injuries and made the bustle of London a little easier to cope with. Since completing her initial teacher training with The Power Yoga Company in 2015, Amanda is now a 500 hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
Amanda teaches a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class, drawing on influences from her dance and athletic background. Focusing on breath and alignment, the practice will help build muscle tone and strength as well as improve flexibility. In addition to the physical benefits, the practice incorporates mindfulness and meditation to destress. Sure to challenge but also leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
