A professionally trained dancer, Michelle has been teaching fitness for the last 11 years. Specialising in Barre and Pilates, she is one of the UK’s premiere Barre instructors – having taught Barre as a Master Trainer for the last 5 years for global fitness brands Booty Barre and Equinox.
