Saturday 8th Nov 9:30am – 1:00pm

WHAT CAN I LEARN FROM MY PRACTICE NOW?

WHO AM I arriving in THIS WINTER?

HOW CAN I tend to my ENERGY, VITALITY, and POWER?

WHERE CAN my practice BE OF BENEFIT?  This workshop is for all yoga students who are open to explore their inner landscape this winter as the teacher. The subtle blue print of the Chakras offers us daily insight towards the creation, challenges and change being felt. The day will focus on calling forward our soft power through an anatomical discussion, and the physical practice being guided with insight offering stability, strength and sustainability.

What will you experience:

9:30am – 11:30am
Morning Class
Grounding vinyasa practice that will explore the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine. Each segment will include the upper, middle and lower chakras being regulated and stimulated.
The class will include Kriyas, Pranayama and longer holds in the poses, creating awareness in the organs, muscle group and psychic aspect of the Chakra.

11:30am – 12:00pm
-Break-
