A Journey from Root to Crown, balancing sensations and Archetypes.
This 20-hour teacher training is designed to deepen your understanding of Chakra-based Mandala Vinyasa sequencing. Through seven Mandala sequences that are exclusive to this training, you’ll learn how to structure classes around the Chakra system, integrating 360° movement, breath and archetypal wisdom to create well-rounded and meaningful Mandala Vinyasa flows.

What’s included?
• 7 Chakra Mandala Sequences – Unique to this training, distinct from Elemental Mandala & Mandala One.
• Chakra Mandala Manual – A structured guide to sequencing, energetics and teaching applications.
• Chakras & Archetypes – A practical approach to linking the Chakra system with movement and mythology.
• Sequencing & Teaching Tools – Learn how to design, refine and teach Chakra-based Mandala flows effectively.

What is Chakra Mandala?
Consisting of 7 sequences, one for each Chakra and its specific & particular activation. A Chakra Mandala practice encompasses movement in all directions and perspectives, this provides greater awareness than a linear flow. We move 360° flowing through asanas, inversions & introspection. You will feel each energy centre within and find a deeper inner state by a synchronization of movement and breath.
This routines are based on archetypes of the Chakras from a Hindu & Greek perspective.

Here’s what some of our 2020 Graduates had to say about their experience on our Teacher Training:

“Is it too cheesy to say that the TT changed my life?  Because it really did! The YogaHub TT is truly unique as they bring together such diverse lead teachers to guide you to become your own teacher/practitioner and support that by having the most wonderful guest teachers too. Not only do you deepen your own practice, knowledge and love of yoga but also, the friends I’ve made I’ll keep for life. It’s such a unique experience to go through together, whether you want to teach or not and we were so lucky to do it in such a beautiful studio and supportive space. “
– EL ADLARD

“I didn’t sign up for the Yoga Teacher Training with the aim to become a teacher.
I was hoping to improve my self-practice and to learn more about Yoga in general.
The TT was intense and challenging in a positive way.
We were taught by some of the most incredible yoga teachers in London. I think this made this TT so outstanding. It is rare to find a TT with such a variety of teachers who all come from diverse backgrounds, teach very different styles of yoga in their own unique way.  The TT covered a wide range of information. I am actually amazed we were able to cover it all in 200 hours.
Although it wasn’t planned I am now teaching yoga. I still have a lot to learn but the TT at Yogahub certainly gave me the perfect tools to start my teaching journey.”
– SINA

“It was the studio’s 1st edition of such training, and it was exceptional! We were also very lucky to be able to participate in person, given Covid situation.
The course was well set out with a mix of content (lectures, reading, videos etc), run by fantastic teachers, plus obviously a self-practice. You could feel a supportive atmosphere throughout and also experience different styles from every teacher, which I personally found very beneficial.
This course has helped me so much with my personal yoga journey, deepening my knowledge, and it also created opportunities to make new friendships. I loved the intimacy of the small group, where we all could really get to know each other on a deeper level. This training is for those who are looking to become exceptional yoga teachers, but also those interested in personal development and a “life investment”.
I really can’t recommend it enough.”
– AGATA

“I would highly recommend the teacher training at YogaHub. I wanted to do it to further my own practice rather than becoming a teacher and the amount I learned about alignment, anatomy and the overall philosophy of yoga was amazing and by the best teachers and practitioners.”
– CATRIONA

“I was new to the studio and not familiar with any of the teachers. I was very quickly made to feel welcomed and part of the studio. My favourite thing about the training is the range of teachers that lead this training, all with different styles of teaching. This helped me to find my own teaching style and feel confident in my ability. The philosophical side of yoga was thoroughly explored and an emphasis on honouring traditional teaching made the experience feel authentic. I would recommend this training to anyone looking to become a teacher or learn more about yoga. The teachers were so supportive and nurturing, I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you! “
