Sue’s love of yoga began over 10 years ago, covering a variety of styles including Bikram, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Dharma Mittra. This love of the practice quickly developed into a desire to teach, leading to her undertaking a 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training in London. 2 years later she took a further 500 hour advanced training with Anusara inspired teachers Suzanne Faith, Noah Maze and Nico Luce.
Her style of teaching has evolved over the years to one that encourages students to embrace and respect the physicality of the practice with a sense of mindfulness and attention to detail and breath. Her sequences are both strong and creative, with an emphasis on verbal cueing to ensure it translates well into student’s bodies and minds. She is respectful of the individuality of her students and encourages them to modify their practice to best suit them.
She is always and forever a student of the practice – continually inspired by other teachers, her students and family and friends.
